I really should have updated this to reflect the fact that I fixed it.
That, and I fixed my old, old graphire. Both had wire issues. Easy fix. ...Unfortuately I'm still on and off with art blocks so it'll still take some time for me to post some things. I'll see what I can get up here though.

PAYPAL PAYMENT ONLY. WHEN YOU ARE READY TO PAY I SHALL GIVE YOU THE EMAIL AND ANY SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS (I.E. DO NOT EXPLAIN THE COMMISSION IN DETAIL WHEN SENDING PAYMENT, TELL ME YOUR EMAIL SO I KNOW IT IS YOU, ETC.)
IF YOUR COMMISSION IS A GENERAL IMAGE - THAT IS, DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY USER-SPECIFIC CONTENT (I.E. IN THE EVENT I AM UNABLE TO COMPLETE A COMMISSION I WILL ATTEMPT TO REFER YOU TO ANOTHER ARTIST. ALL PAYMENTS HERE WILL BE SENT UPON COMPLETION OF THE IMAGES. I MAY HOLD YOUR IMAGE(S) UNTIL YOU PAY ME.

Sketches are generally rougher than inks, and may show hints of construction lines. (Base Price)
TRADITIONAL IMAGE CAN BE MAILED OR EMAILED!

BACKGROUND is +$5.
Line Art (or Inks) - $15
Traditional works get Inks, while otherwise it's Line Art. It's basically a sketch with a normally-clean black line in place of the sketch marks. (Sketch price + 5 dollars for inking)
TRADITIONAL IMAGE CAN BE MAILED OR EMAILED!
DIGITAL WORK WILL BE EMAILED ONLY!
BACKGROUND is +$5.
Colored (traditional only) - $20
Colored works are available traditionally only. You may have a sketch or line art commission colored - the kind doesn't affect the price. (Sketch or Line Art + Coloring)
TRADITIONAL IMAGE CAN BE MAILED OR EMAILED!

Flats (Coloring, digital only) - +$3
Add 3 dollars to any image for digital coloring. No shading or special effects, only flat coloring.

ALL SERVICES ARE DONE DIGITALLY!!
I charge per hour, and the first hour of work is a minimum - from there it's rounded up - if I work 1 hour and 29 minutes, you only pay for one hour but if it's 1 hour and 30 minutes you pay for 2 hours.
I can NOT guarantee that my coloring/drawing style will ALWAYS match up with your image. I can NOT guarantee that if you wish for me to draw a background on a traditional image/sketch/ink that it will match up, and I can NOT guarantee that if you supply digital art that it will match up, however I will make an attempt to do so.
Specifications:

Flats - $3/hr
Full shading - $5/hr
This will only work with existing lines - if a BG is already provided and needs to be colored, that MUST be discusses separately - it may classify as coloring or background coloring depending on complexity.
Background
Sketch/Line Art - $5/hr
Full Color/B&W - $7/hr
Sketch/Line Art BGs are only for sketches or "inked" works, unless you are going for a specific style. The difference between a black and white background and a sketch/line art BG is that Black and White BGs have shading and more detail, almost as if you took a desaturation filter on an image. As stated above, any image that requires coloration of a already-drawn background must be discussed separately - it might be considered as a normal color job or something else.
