SHMUP Level Creator Mockup

An idea I had for a level designer for a game of mine.

This engine I wanna make has so many iterations and not one of them has made progress.

This would create two or one file, containing map data. You can set things like speed, along with various flags to control level looping, pauses, level beginnings/ends, enemies and more.

Unfortunately this won't be happening since no one wants to help me, and I can't grasp programming as easily as I should be. :/
